GAME Traffic & Contracting is looking for a hands-on supervisor to lead their Grounds Maintenance team in Bendigo. Reporting to our Grounds Maintenance Manager* this position will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-4 casual staff to complete scheduled grounds maintenance works across Central Victoria area.

Our Grounds Maintenance crews complete a range of tasks for our customers including but not limited to: Mowing, brush cutting, pruning, spraying and general grounds clean-up.

As our Grounds Maintenance Supervisor you would be:

  • Leading a crew of 2-4 grounds maintenance staff
  • Responsible for ensuring a high standard of work is completed by your team
  • Responsible for ensuring that our customer/contractual requirements are meet 
  • Working to a pre arranged schedule of works and completing duties in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customers and public as required
  • Providing on the job training for new staff Grounds Maintenance staff, some with minimal previous industry experience

Skills, qualifications and industry experience needed to fulfil this position:

  • Drivers Licence
  • White Card (or equivalent)

Any or all of the following would be a bonus:

  • Relevant Gardening/Grounds Maintenance qualification /experience
  • Chemical Users Permit 
  • Chainsaw ticket

* Our Grounds Maintenance Manager is based in Wangaratta and attends Bendigo depot on regular basis to provide training and support to Supervisor and their team. 


Working with our Grounds Maintenance crew your role will see you completing a range of tasks including but not limited to: Whippersnipping, mowing, brush cutting, pruning and general grounds clean-up.

Employment will be subject to a Drug and Alcohol Screen, Pre-Employment Medical, Police Check & Working With Children’s Check.



We are currently looking qualified electrical spotters to work on a casual basis on a variety of customer projects over the next 4-6 months with potential worksites located along the rail corridor south of Seymour.

Applicants must hold:

  • Energy Safe Electrical Spotters Ticket and be be able to spot for Excavator and Back hoe as a minimum
  • Construction Induction (White) Card
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificates

and have reliable transport to get to and from various work sites.   

Current RIW card holders, including completion of the Safely Access the Rail Corridor (TLIF2080) within past 18 months will be highly regarded.

Ongoing work past this date will be enhanced for candidates holding current Victorian Traffic Tickets or a TMA Certification.

We are seeking qualified Traffic Controllers who have a professional attitude to work, safety and enjoy providing great customer service.  Opportunities are currently available across all our Depots for casual work across  NE & Central Victoria and Southern NSW.  

As a minimum applicants must hold:

  • Current Drivers Licence (Manual Preferred)
  • Current Victorian or NSW Traffic Tickets
  • Victorian Construction Induction Card (White Card) or equivalent 

Previous experience is a definite advantage but not mandatory as on the job training will be provided to applicants who can demonstrate   they have a professional attitude to work, safety and enjoy providing great customer service.


We are seeking experienced TMA Drivers who have a professional attitude to work, safety and enjoy providing great customer service.
