GAME Traffic & Contracting has been successfully operating in the traffic management space since 1993, with a strong presence in Bendigo, Ballarat, Echuca, Shepparton, Wangaratta, and Wodonga. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a leadership position. In this pivotal position, you’ll be the crucial link between our Management team and our Traffic & Hire crew, providing both operational support on the ground and essential coordination in the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support staff on work sites
• Assist Management with customer enquiries and coordination
• Provide guidance to Traffic & Hire team members
• Auditing of staff, vehicles, equipment, and worksites to maintain compliance
• Ensure staff, documentation, and equipment are allocated to each booking, maintaining full compliance
• Complete accurate data entry to keep records up to date
• Participate in a rotating after hours on-call roster (24/7) to assist staff and customers
• Deliver and collect Traffic & Hire equipment

What You’ll Bring

• Current Victorian Traffic tickets (minimum CAT 2) and a Construction/White Card
• A current Driver’s Licence
• Strong communication skills-professional, clear and confident
• Solid Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• A customer-focused mindset
• A practical, “let’s get it done” attitude
• Proven supervisory experience in Traffic Management or Civil Construction

We are seeking casual Grounds Maintenance personnel to join our existing team in Bendigo.

If you enjoy working outdoors, have a positive attitude towards work and safety, know your way around a brush cutter and a ride on mower, this position is perfect for you.

Our Grounds Maintenance teams complete a range of tasks for our customers large and small including but not limited to: mowing, brush cutting, pruning, spraying and general grounds clean-up.

Skills, qualifications and industry experience needed to fulfil this position:

• Manual Drivers Licence

• White Card (or equivalent)

• Relevant Gardening/Grounds Maintenance experience

Any of the following would be a bonus:

• Chemical Users Permit

• Chainsaw ticket

We are seeking qualified Traffic Controllers who have a professional attitude to work, safety and enjoy providing great customer service. Opportunities are currently available at all our Depots for casual work across Eastern, Western and Central Victoria and Southern NSW.

As a minimum applicants must hold:

• Construction Induction Card (White Card) or equivalent
• Current Drivers Licence
• Current Victorian Traffic Tickets

If Victorian traffic tickets obtained prior to 1 March 2024

Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat and Implement Traffic Management Plan (RIIWHS205E & RIIWHS302E) or equivalent

OR

If Victorian traffic tickets obtained after 1 March 2024

Austroads TC1 & TMI1 Skill Sets (RIISS00058 & RIISS00060) as a minimum

Applicants that live on the border with current NSW Traffic tickets are also encouraged to apply as GAME also works across Southern NSW.

Previous experience is a definite advantage but not mandatory as on the job training will be provided to applicants who can demonstrate they have a professional attitude to work, safety and enjoy providing great customer service.
