Our Recruitment Process

If you are successful and make it through each stage of our recruitment process, you will be given a full set of PPE and rostered on to your first shift, subject to availability. Your first few shifts will generally be with one of our highly experienced Traffic Controllers so you are able to get to grips with your new role.
